Fabulous service - perfect job 1000/10

The service from Stephen was absolutely fantastic, I made a call on a Wednesday that our shower was broken and by Friday evening the old shower was out and replaced with a new one, Stephen was such a lovely guy and a very neat worker, went through the working of the new shower which was very much appreciated, he even took the old shower away, I would highly recommend Stephen, it was a superb service.

Highly recommend. Amazing service, communication, super efficient and friendly. Stephen was really clear on my options and a genuinely fair price. Delighted with my shower replacement

5 STARS… Stephen and his team at Willo Shower Repair did a brilliant job updating my bathroom. Very professional, easy to work with, and the pricing was extremely fair. Delighted with the result and would highly recommend them.

Couldn’t recommend Stephen enough, explained in great detail what was wrong with our shower and had it fixed in less then 15 minutes. Highly highly recommend and will definitely be passing his details on to friends and family. Thanks again 😊

Once you call Stephen you will be guaranteed your electric shower will be back up and running the same day. A very genuine person, who is excellent at his work. Stephen will look to fix first, rather than replace, ensuring value for money along with an excellent service. I would highly recommend Willo Shower Repair. Thanks Stephen, I really appreciate you getting my shower working again 🙏

Brilliant service. Called them late afternoon and they were out within two hours to me. Great value for money. Will be recommending to family and friends.

Stephen came out this evening to replace a part on my shower and did a great job. He arrived on time, was professional throughout, and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Really solid service — I’d happily recommend him and use him again.

Stephen very reliable and always available when called. His professionalism is top notch. I will not hesitate to recommend him.

I honestly cannot recommend Stephen highly enough. I was let down by so many of the big names but Stephen came through. Explained everything to us and I’m delighted with the price. Thoroughly nice guy and great at his work.

Excellent service. Rang Stephen on Wednesday about a replacement electric shower. New shower installed within an hour on Thursday and working better than the old one ever did. Very nice fella , would highly recommend 👌 👍

Excellent service - Stephen was able to call out same day and solved an issue with my shower isolator switch in minutes. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant service. Our shower stopped working late on a Wednesday night and I googled companies that do repairs and I seen so many positive reviews about Stephen from many other people like us that we’re stuck and needed the shower repaired urgently so we gave Stephen a call and it was in terrible weather with the status orange warning and he came out to us that evening in dreadful conditions and had it repaired in about 20 minutes. I have saved his name and number into my phone in case of emergency and I can’t recommend him enough, a lovely lovely man and superb at his job

Great guy who knows stuff, went out of his way to look at my shower late on a Friday evening. Highly recommend.

Great service. Flexible for arranging time for repairs and very efficient job done.

We were having a shower fitted and my Plumber lost the front cover. Needed a replacement in a hurry, found Willow shower repair, he was able to meet me within the hour and provided a used part as good as new. When I got home, it turned out. I gave him the wrong model number so it didn’t fit. Texted him the next morning at 8 am, he was back to me straight away and asked me to get a photograph of The shower, he knew straight away which model it Was, and had a replacement the next evening I was able to collect it after hours. That’s what I call a great service. Well done!
